If you often feel misunderstood or judged for who you are, you might find yourself hiding parts of your identity or avoiding conversations about your experiences. This can leave you feeling isolated or unsupported.

You might struggle with issues like coming out, dealing with stigma, or managing internalized negative beliefs, impacting your emotional well-being.

Balancing the complexities of your LGBTQIA+ identity with daily life and personal relationships can be difficult, leading to feelings of conflict or confusion.

If this resonates with you, it’s important to find a supportive space where you can explore your identity, address your unique challenges, and work towards a more integrated and resilient self.

As LGBTQIA+ individuals, we understand the strength and courage it takes to live authentically and embrace who we are.

I’ve been there!

Throughout my life, I’ve navigated the complexities of my intersecting identities and worked through internalized negative beliefs about being part of the LGBTQIA+ community, especially while growing up in a religious environment.

My own therapy journey has taught me how to accept all aspects of who I am and find an affirming, supportive community. This process has enabled me to find balance, embrace change, recognize my strength and build meaningful connections.

I’m dedicated to helping others discover and embrace their authentic selves while navigating their unique experiences. There is immense strength in fully accepting who we are and in celebrating our passions. By connecting with this inner strength, we can cultivate grace and joy in our everyday lives.
